BAC and Thai Air Asia airline have the shared objectives in developing Thailand’s aviation industry by producing pilots that have been recognized as wise and skillful for a long time i.e. Thai Air Asia airline directly recruits student pilots and send them to have a full- course training at BAC, or BAC develops aviation course that is agreeable with the need of labor market. As for the latest project, the student pilots of BAC shall be receiving an exclusive chance with BAC selecting individual student pilots with excellent grades, flight skills, and self-discipline for Thai Air Asia to consider as a pilot candidate. With BAC is the only flight training school that runs this project so far, BAC has been producing over 2,455 pilots for both domestic and international airlines.
